What does the final rental price include?
Everything essential is included: VAT, unlimited mileage, 24-hour roadside assistance, additional driver, airport pick-up and drop-off (08:00–21:00), and full insurance with no excess. No surprises.
What coverage is included in the full insurance with no excess?
It includes coverage for accident damage, theft, windows, tyres, and roadside assistance. And the best part: you won’t have to pay any extra amount for excess.
What happens if I have a problem with the car during the rental?
You have 24/7 roadside assistance. Just give us a call and we’ll solve the issue immediately or replace the car if necessary, no hassle.
How does the fuel policy work?
You pick up the car with a full tank and only need to return it with the same fuel level. If it’s returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged plus a small refueling fee.
Is it possible to pick up and drop off the car outside the usual hours?
Yes, we offer flexible pick-up and drop-off services outside regular hours at no extra cost. You just need to notify us in advance.
Can I cancel my reservation free of charge if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before pick-up. If you cancel later, the deposit is non-refundable as compensation for the reserved booking.
How is the car pick-up process at the airport?
We provide car pick-up directly at Menorca Airpor, no transfers, queues, or waiting, so you don’t have to worry about anything. Our service includes personalized attention (except for self-pickup). A company representative will be waiting for you with an Autos 21 sign to hand over your car in person right at the airport.
What should I do upon arriving at Menorca Airport?
Upon arriving at Menorca Airport, you should head to the Meeting Point located in parking lot P1. If you have chosen the Standard Service (if you selected Self-Pickup, you will have already received all instructions via WhatsApp), a representative from our company will be waiting for you with an Autos 21 Rent a Car sign. In just a few minutes, you’ll be enjoying our beautiful island without any waits or queues.
What is the SELF-PICKUP service?
To offer greater autonomy and convenience to our customers, and to avoid additional charges for after-hours deliveries, we offer the SELF-PICKUP service.
This service is especially designed for those arriving outside of regular hours, although any customer can benefit from it. Thanks to SELF-PICKUP, you can manage the entire car pick-up process in advance via WhatsApp. Upon arriving at Menorca Airport, you will find the vehicle parked in lot P1, ready to be picked up without any delays.
The only payment required is the parking exit ticket, which will not exceed €8, as long as you arrive within the agreed time. If your flight is delayed, the ticket price may increase.
Payment for the ticket can be made by card directly at the parking exit. If you prefer to pay in cash, ATMs are available between parking lot P1 and the arrivals terminal.
Additionally, the SELF-PICKUP service is also available at other locations on the island.
