GENERAL CONDITIONS
To pick up your rental car in Menorca, you must present a valid ID card or passport and a valid driver’s license.
The car models shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only. A similar model with comparable characteristics may be provided. We always strive to meet our customers’ needs whenever possible. However, we cannot guarantee the brand, model, color, features, or fuel type of the vehicle.
Vehicles are not allowed to leave the island of Menorca.
Our prices include:

Pick-up and drop-off at the airport and in the areas of Mahón, Es Castell, and Sant Lluís between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
Fully comprehensive insurance (CDW) with no excess
All our insurance covers drivers aged between 22 and 80 years, with at least 2 years of driving license history.
Insurance exclusions (not covered):
- Punctures, damage to tyres and rims.
- Loss or breakage of keys.
- Fuel replacement when incorrect fuel has been used (towing and repair of damage caused to the vehicle due to incorrect fuel).
- The absence in the vehicle of the safety vest, warning beacon, parcel shelf, and/or any accessory delivered will be charged to the customer.
- Fines (and payment of other expenses).
- No insurance covers damage caused by negligence to the underside of the vehicle, reckless driving, any act of vandalism, or damage resulting from the driver’s bad faith or while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.
Supplemental insurance for tires and rims is available.
No insurance covers key loss or breakage, incorrect refueling, damage caused by negligence to the underside of the vehicle, or reckless driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.
Failure to report an accident or damage within 24 hours will void insurance coverage. You must send us the completed accident report form (located in the glovebox) or contact the authorities.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be billed, along with a refueling service fee.
AIRPORT DELIVERY AT MENORCA AIRPORT
You must provide your flight number so we can be punctual with your car delivery.
We will bring the car to the airport. You won’t need to wait in line or take a shuttle. A representative will meet you outside the arrivals terminal, at the meeting point in parking lot P1, holding a sign that reads “Autos 21 Rent a Car”, and will escort you to the vehicle, which will be parked in the airport parking lot. This way, you can save time and begin enjoying your vacation in Menorca as quickly as possible.
SELF-SERVICE DELIVERY OPTION
To offer greater autonomy and convenience, we offer the SELF-SERVICE DELIVERY option.
This service is designed for customers arriving outside regular hours, although any customer can benefit from it. With SELF-SERVICE, you can handle the entire delivery process in advance via WhatsApp. Upon arrival at Menorca Airport, your car will be parked in lot P1, ready for pickup with no delay.
You will need to pay the parking exit ticket, which will not exceed €8 if you arrive at the agreed time. If your flight is delayed, the parking fee may increase. Also, there is a surcharge for returns outside opening hours (21:00–08:00).
Payment for the ticket can be made by card at the parking exit. If you prefer to pay in cash, machines are available between parking lot P1 and the arrivals terminal.
The SELF-SERVICE DELIVERY option is also available in other parts of the island.
DELIVERY TO OTHER PARTS OF THE ISLAND
We offer vehicle delivery anywhere on the island for maximum convenience, depending on availability.
Please provide the exact address of your accommodation and a contact phone number.
VEHICLE RETURN
The vehicle must be returned on the date, time, and location stated in the rental agreement. Otherwise, please notify us in advance. Any additional costs (such as parking fees) may be charged to the customer.
SUPPLEMENTS / EXTRAS
Baby seat (Maxicosi) group 0 or 0+ (under 9 kg)
Child seat group I (9 kg to 18 kg)
Booster seat groups II and III (15 kg to 36 kg)
If you have selected the Preferred option, pick-ups or returns between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. will incur an additional out-of-hours surcharge (pick-up €40 / return €20).
If you have selected Self Check-in, only returns between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. will incur an additional out-of-hours surcharge of €20.
Pickups or drop-offs outside the Mahón area will incur an additional fee
PAYMENT METHODS
To confirm bookings, we require a 25% advance payment via credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard). The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in Menorca, either in cash or by card (Visa or Mastercard).
For SELF-SERVICE DELIVERY, the full amount must be paid in advance.
For business travel, you must provide your company details before signing the rental agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation is available for cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled vehicle delivery.
For later cancellations, the 25% advance payment is non-refundable.
Once the rental agreement has started, no refunds will be issued, except in cases of force majeure (e.g., death of a first-degree relative).
No refunds will be given for late vehicle pickup or early return for unused rental time.
If your trip dates or times change, there’s no need to worry. Just let us know, and we will modify your booking accordingly, without cancellation or loss of the advance payment.
